We initially implemented Xoxoday for our Long-Service Awards, but after exploring their social intranet and customer support, we began utilizing additional modules for employee engagement. The platform is excellent, and its extensive Rewards & Recognition options provide employees with a variety of choices.

 A global catalog of e-vouchers on Xoxoday and redemption in multiple currencies helped KPIT immensely with the geographical scalability of their R&R program and the culture of excellence initiative.

You can build a fancy program on awarding employees and saying thank you, but in the end, the redemption process must be really useful, easy, and user-friendly to your employees. Xoxoday served the purpose just right.
