The platform is excellent, and its extensive Rewards & Recognition options provide employees with a variety of choices.

 A global catalog of e-vouchers on Xoxoday and redemption in multiple currencies helped KPIT immensely with the geographical scalability of their R&R program and the culture of excellence initiative.
